Attendance (biometric + GPS), leave, payroll, tax, appraisal and Bangla-payslip generation. We deploy PeopleDesk, PiHR or Jibika Plexus where they fit; we build custom modules where they don't. Includes data migration from spreadsheets and prior systems.
ERP Integration

Do you build from scratch or deploy off-the-shelf?
Both — whichever fits. For payroll and attendance, off-the-shelf (PeopleDesk, PiHR, Jibika Plexus) is often the right call. For workflow-heavy and industry-specific modules, custom development is faster long-term. The architecture proposal in Step 1 makes the recommendation explicit.
Can your HRIS handle Bangladesh-specific payroll rules?
Yes — festival bonuses (Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh), tax slabs per the latest Finance Act, provident fund, gratuity calculation, withholding at source, and Mushak-compliant reimbursement processing are configured by default.
Will the website be fast for users in Bangladesh?
We optimise specifically for the Bangladesh CDN edge (Cloudflare Dhaka POP). Median LCP under 2.5s on a 4G connection in Chittagong is the target before any project signs off.
What's the warranty period?
90 days post-go-live covers any defect against the signed specification, including data-migration issues that surface after cutover. Beyond that, an optional support retainer covers updates, feature work and incident response.
Do you take on existing-system rescues?
Often — we've taken over half-built HRIS deployments, fixed broken payroll runs and migrated companies off failed SaaS contracts. Send us your current architecture and we'll be honest about what's salvageable.
